Worst place to throw an event. The managers force u to use their decorator, mr anoop only who is very rude and uncooperative . All he talks about is money and doesn’t pay heat to our requirements. The decorator uses broken furniture for the events and then justifies it by saying that the wedding is in the end of season. So furniture will be broken. Very poor service, poor food quality and poor hospitality.

The Ocean Pearl Gardenia resort ,all staff of this resort are thieves.On 29 march 2022 i stayed here in room no.108 I found that a steel locker was kept there in wardrobe in room,i operate that locker and kept my cash amount Rs.two Lakh and lock it with key password.On 31 st march when going to check out, i found that there was no any locker in room,I ask to front desk manager,he replied that there was no any locker in room,when I request them that i kept my Rs. 2 lakh in that locker they ignore me and I called the Police and after the investigation of CCTV footage,the hotel house keeping staff is caring the locker from room,and I lost my all money,Now FIR NO.184/2022 IS REGISTERED IN thane Madan Garhi ,so its my requested to please don,t stay here in any of cost,you will loose all your jewelry and cash.

Disappointed with the food and decoration arrangements. No support from the hotel staff during the function. Get the clarity on booking rooms before the event.

Don’t chose this venue - their decor is worst and they will ruin your d day despite charging you BIG money !!!

One of the worst properties I have ever been to. The staff is rude they don't give you the work you ask for. Cooperation level zero.I did my sister's wedding and they gave a pathetic service in terms of both decoration and food. food was not served in time and the food was cold as well. Also the decoration part is the worst they have got the worst decorator in the whole of Chattarpur they ask you for good amount of money and in return you get nothing . I did pay an ample amount to them but in return they gave me some old pathetic looking decoration. Don't visit this property for any family function.They charge a lot and don't give the results. Prefer other properties this is one of the worst property.

We chose Golden tulip as our venue for our wedding. It's a huge and a beautiful venue, accommodating a large number of people. The venue itself was the incharge of the decor and they did an amazing job at it. They decorated the venue beautifully. The food they served was also delicious,everyone loved it. The staff and management were really supportive. Highly recommended.

I like it's poolside venue at most, apart from the view and ambience the food quality and test is one of the best among this type of other hotels, staff is very cooperative. Thanks

The service was poor at the venue with alot of delay. The decoration was also not upto the mark. I had booked it for my wedding with a gathering size of 350, but they didn't make it a memorable day for me !

It was good.It was spacious,we didn't face any problems with the venue and the services they provided us.They have managed everything.

We had an excellent time at Ocean Pearl Gardenia...food was brilliant, rooms were neat and tidy. A special mention to Kuldeep and Swagat decorators...we got exactly what we were looking for...even though it was extremely windy and the weather was bad, the decorators did a very good job to make sure everything was in order...they had to redo a lot of things because of bad weather, arranged a temporary mandap in no time...Ms Pooja was there all the time to oversee the preparations. Some reviews are not that good, but our experience was certainly wonderful. Thanks to Kuldeep, Pooja, Divyanka (not with Swagat decorators anymore) and all the support staff for making our wedding a memorable experience. :) :)
