I had a wonderful experience at this studio. I booked them for my Cocktail, Sangeet and wedding makeup. Ishita and her team were able to give me three different looks and I totally turned heads. It’s difficult to find artists who hear your needs and act upon them. Ishita on the other hand was very patient with all my demands. She made me feel heard and comfortable. The wedding day makeup turned out to be better than I had imagined. From makeup, hairstye to draping everything was so royal and elegant. I really liked the calm ambience of the studio. The team was so professional. I got ready by the time slot I wanted. PS- For the exceptional services and the luxury brands used in makeup believe me this is the only place in Lucknow that offers them at given prices. Honest review and absolute recommendation.

Owner is discourteous and impolite. Faced her rude behavior on my sister's wedding day. Used to be a good place but not anymore now. I won't recommend her to anyone. You can get same quality of makeup at other places in lucknow without paying for rude behavior. Unacceptable attitude. Read your reply. Instead of accepting came up with a new story. I was never after your life for big discount. Your discount policy is same as it used to be before. Discount for paying in cash in comparison with online transactions. Defending is good but you should avoid insulting customer in your defense.

I had a great experience at the studio...I went for global hair colour and i am totally satisfied with the results..the staff and service everything was good and i felt so comfortable there. There were no side affects after the hair colour.
