It was a great experience working with Udaranga. The best part was that I could have the experience of a personal designer while sitting in Italy. Abhay and his team are very responsive. The only thing I would suggest them to improve is to enhance their online measurement tools in order to complete that last step in the hassle free process. Ordering from Udaranga, you can be assured of the following 1. Quality equivalent to any good designer or at times even better 2. Justified prices 3. Prompt responses/ support as per your time zone 4. End to end process can be done over WhatsApp/ online medium, all you need to do is get it delivered to your place and give that final try at your home. Things for them to improve: 1. They should develop a mechanism to ensure the trials of the delivered cloth at the ease of one’s home throughout India is with an option of pickup and drop from clients location. 2. They should develop a near perfect tool to ensure that the measurements they take online are as accurate as in person.
