We had the pleasure of hiring PerfectKnock as our wedding event manager, and true to their name, they were absolutely perfect in every aspect of their work. Shubham and his entire team were incredibly supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. Despite the challenges of communication due to our location in the US, the PerfectKnock team was highly considerate of our schedule and went out of their way to accommodate late-night calls. Shubham and his team provided us with a multitude of decor ideas tailored to our taste. We had the opportunity to explore numerous options before finalizing the perfect ones. Additionally, they recommended excellent vendors for our cake, photographers, DJ, and anchor, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was handled by professionals. One of the highlights of our wedding was the stunning venue, Cloudmist Resort in Mahabaleshwar, which was expertly chosen and finalized by Shubham. The entire event was flawlessly organized, leaving our guests mesmerized and in awe of the beautiful ambiance and seamless execution. Our wedding day felt like an enchanting dream come true, and we owe it all to the exceptional work and dedication of the PerfectKnock team. We decided to book The Perfect Knock immediately after our initial call with celebrant Mayur. We had no clue what to expect, but from day one, he made us feel completely comfortable. Mayur was patient with all our questions and was always available with a quick reply and loads of helpful tips and recommendations for other vendors. It's hard to envision exactly how your wedding ceremony will turn out, but we were completely blown away by the stunning, personalised ceremony he created, and many of our guests said it was the most beautiful ceremony they'd ever been to! Not only he is incredible at what he does, but his warm, fun, and down-to-earth demeanour made us feel like we were just catching up with a friend whenever we met. We have no doubt the other staff at The Perfect Knock are equally fab and would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

Shubham was our Planner for our wedding at Le Meridien, Mahabaleshwar. We had met him previously and knew him to be a really friendly and competent person, so we were delighted when he told us he’d be free to be our wedding planner! Since we were planning our wedding from abroad, we were in touch with Shubham via email and phone /video calls. From the beginning, we felt really comfortable with him. He is extremely warm and bubbly while remaining utterly professional. What we really loved throughout the process was that Shubham really wanted to get to know us as a couple. From the outset, it was clear that he had loads of experience and suggestions and advice when it came to planning our ceremony. At the same time, he wasn’t pushy at all, and made it clear that we had utmost flexibility and freedom as far as the details were concerned. The few months and weeks leading up to the ceremony felt very much like a collaborative time where we bounced ideas and suggestions off each other. On the day, we were both hugely nervous but Shubham calmed our nerves. He was amazing, and many of our guests commented on how beautiful, unique and personalised the ceremony was. I'd honestly give a minus rating if I had an option since I had 2 of their staff high on drugs and drunk ( one of which is Shubham's brother btw) as well as Shubham was drunk at my wedding! I was dealing with Mayur and Shubham when I first met them and a couple times more post that. Mine was a very intimate catholic wedding at a small venue by size with a small guest list. However I wanted to go a little over with the decor. After seeing and speaking to alot of decorators I came across them and from the time I met Shubham Sharma he seemed like a very arrogant, know it all kind of guy while his partner Mayur is just the opposite. On the day of the wedding they canceled the decor for a certain part of the venue which I insisted on having and they said it'll be done. They moment I reached the venue, it wasn't there! Apparently they tried calling me and waited till the very last hour to let me know they didn't do it because it didn't look "very nice ". I got to know through an inside person that they didn't have enough of it to put it there. 2 of their staff were drunk and stoned at my wedding and they misbehaved and started opening bottles of alcohol when the bartenders were already done with their work and the bar was closed. They have alot of internal issues going on amongst their staff , do not hire them. 🙄 they totally ruined my wedding day with their staff under the influence of substance. I've attached a photo and the guy in the green t-shirt who is one of them was supposed to make sure that we don't fall short of anything at the bar. As you can see, he's behind the bar with an open bottle of our alcohol.

The Perfect Knock gave us a lifetime memorable experience, we are very happy to hire them, waiting do more events with them
