Siddhivinayak Events

We had conducted our wedding in Marriot Goa in May, 2023 for about 150 people. The décor and hospitality organized by Siddhivinayak events were excellent. We had started planning our wedding only in Feb and had about 3 months to put together - we ended up going with Siddhivinayak events after carefully evaluating about 5+ different event planners. Want to give a special callout to Bhavani for splendid coordination and execution and Narendra for being accommodative of our requests as well as going above and beyond to make things happen. A few things that went very well: The décor was better than expected: Bhavani delivered more than what we had seen during the presentation. All the floral arrangements were classy, extensive and the right mix of fresh and artificial flowers. The draping for our events like Haldi, Mandap stage, Mehendi Sofas etc. were done with rich and thick fabrics. A big thanks to the entire production unit! They work within your budget but can accommodate special requests because they have their own production house. There were some requests that we came up with last minute like fishbowls with sand and shells, backdrop for musicians, floral arches for Varmala stage, fish-hooks for the aisle - which they had ready in their production house and hence could accommodate quickly. Recommendation on lighting and sound systems and power generates were adequate for each event and not excessive as recommended by a few other planners (this is important while budgeting for the event) On hospitality, both pre-wedding and during the wedding - Genievieve did a fantastic job being proactive about coordinating with all our guests, answering their queries and coordinating with hotel & local vendors to arrange for the necessary transportation. She was also up early morning and stayed late at night to ensure all our guests had a smooth arrival and departure - she was also available on whatsapp to answer any queries. Sahil who was available as a shadow during the event was on his toes all the time and got everything done in a timely manner A few things we would watch out for: Siddhivinayak is extremely busy. They do a large number of events by virtue of how good they are and how transparent they are with their budget - what this means is that you need to plan your meetings with them well and just follow up on certain milestones. They are super active in the last 2 weeks before the event and deliver better than expected, so you should keep yourself free for those discussions They also do different kind of events and hence have a wide set of ideas, you have to be very particular in terms of what your taste is and what you like so that they get the best done for you PS: More photos will be shared soon!

Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life and you want everything to be picture perfect. We had the same idea and Bhavani & Leo truly made our dream wedding come to life. We were originally introduced to Siddhivinayak Events by a friend who also got married in Goa. We were nervous because it was a destination wedding and we had only been to the venue once before the actual week of the wedding. In come team Siddhivinayak. They made all our ideas come to life beautifully. Every guest came and told us how fantastic the decor and lights were at our wedding! A lot of people can do good work but what separates Siddhivinayak is their personal attention for your big day. Both Bhavani & Leo went the extra mile always to make sure we didn't have to worry about anything and their teams took care of it all along with our planners. As you can surely read, we were truly happy with Siddhivinayak and cannot recommend them enough. Each event had a different theme and they did a spectacular job executing the concepts. I will caution however that in the period prior to the week / 2 weeks to the wedding, you can feel that their team has a lot going on because they do have a lot of projects (because they are good) but trust them when they say they will take care of it. Because they do and over deliver. Our experience with them was fabulous!

Siddhi Vinayak and their production company Lux Events are the largest wedding planners and production agency in Goa. We had a wedding in Goa, Caravela Beach Resort, in first week of March. The wedding team of the resort connected us the Siddhi Vinayak team. We had a three days wedding and Siddhi Vinayak did flawless execution from planning to decoration. They are by far the best decorators in Goa, when it comes to elegance and value for money. All our events were on the beach, and they executed all the technical,sound and decor in a flaw less manner. What you see is what you get with them. In terms of people, our planner Bhavani is one of the most hardworking person I came across. We didn't even feel the pressure of wedding because of her. Wedding felt like a party. She is also very transparent with her costing and planning. Finally, the owners Mr. Narendra has a lot of empathy for his customers. They do every wedding as their own wedding.

We had planned our wedding in Goa and our decorator was Siddhivinayak Events. We cant express how happy we were with the decor, everything came out much better than what we had planned! Like it seemed as if the decor replicated the exact photos we had seen in ppt or much better than that! The decor was beautiful, so perfectly aligned to the events, and we as a couple were very happy with all of it! Our guests literally came to us and praised the decor so much and how vibrant the decor looked! This was indeed a dreamy wedding for us and we want to truly thanks Bhavani and her team for all the efforts.

Very bad service they don’t have any business ethics. They turned off the entire genset while the event was going on. Only money minded and a loot company. No manners to speak and c Work was completely different than which was asked to do or had been finalised. DO NOT LET YOUR LIFES BEST EVENT GET SPOILT BY GIVING IT TO HER.
