*Fraud alert* I had the worse experience with them. They are the biggest fraud out there. I had contacted them for my marriage and they showed only one kind of work and they were not agreeing to take any suggestions from me and my parents. The husband and wife duo is the worse they have the worse kind of behaviour and attitude.The conversations went to such an extent that I had to cancel my deal with them and they took my 1 lakh rupees which they didn't return at all and they didn't even do a single rupee work for me. They were such nonsense people that for their benefit they made me suffer during my peak point of the ceremony.If you are thinking to go with them for your special occasion please don't go.Go for your local vendors rather than them because they ultimately contact local vendors for the work. If you don't want to suffer like me please don't go for them for your special day of life.

It was a very average experience, The enagement, mehendi and haldi were all fine but Sangeet wasn't handled well. There was constanly some issue with the lights and the sound system. Sound system was just not working. Not really happy.

We hosted the thread ceremony (Upanayana sanskara) for our son Ayush on April 7th, and the Rainjoy team, led by Madhusmita and Satyajit (a humble and creative couple), did an outstanding job of event planning within our budget. They were with us in discussions from the beginning because this was different from the wedding functions they normally conduct. The aesthetics and decorations were well thought out. The ambiance was pleasant. We requested that Lordships Jagganath, Balabhadra, Subhadra, and Sudarshan vigrahas grace the occasion, which they arranged. The flower nose ring of Lord Jagganath from Puri was the main attraction. They had a fantastic work ethic and were always ready to take care of any requirements/changes that arose. I would highly recommend Rainjoy planners and am thankful for their nice service.

Rainjoy team has really made my wedding the D-Day for me. The food and decor was just perfect and the management was speechless. The pre wedding functions were also 👌. Each and every member of my family enjoyed every single movement including me. The make up arrangements was also to my mark. The photography team was also very good. All arrangements were done by Rainjoy. The mehendi artist was very co operative. Basically when we book mehendi artists , they just do random stuffs and don't even listen when asked to change but their team was very obedient and listened to the each and every details I asked to add.. They also arranged the barat . The groom side were also very happy with the barat and management. The guests were pleased with the food and team's behaviour. The most important part is they made each and every thing within my budget. Satyajit and Madhusmita are so humble couple. Besides having their own marriage they still managed my wedding in the perfect way as I had dreamed giving importance to each and every details and also fulfilled my parents wishes.. They are just a perfect team to be hired for anyone's wedding.

Although we did not hire Rainjoy for our decoration for some reasons, they were extremely cooperative to help us research venues and come up with detailed pros and cons of all of the venues based on our requirements.

Rainjoy did a phenomenal job planning our multicultural wedding consisting of three days of events (Sangeet /Mehendi, Hindu ceremony, American-style reception), 50 guests from America and many more guests from throughout India. Their decorations were stunning, and they did a great job organizing many outside vendors too. We needed a dancefloor like a club for the American reception — they made one. We needed an authentic Sangeet, Mehendi, Baraat and Hindu ceremony — they struck the perfect vibe. We needed an American wedding cake — they found a beautiful and delicious one. We needed a top tier makeup artist to do natural makeup and pre-wedding trials— they found them. There was nothing they couldn’t do, no matter how foreign or familiar it was. Our wedding venue made things difficult but despite that, Rainjoy was able to pull off beautiful decorations and much more necessary for an American wedding , all under the challenging constraints of the venue. We highly recommend Rainjoy! Wonderful people too.
