Hiring Pitara has been the best decision that we have taken throughout the process of planning our wedding. They helped us in finding the perfect venue and visited each of them to send their virtual bride a walk though. They found and managed a long list of vendors for every possible thing we could’ve wanted. Then they followed up with said vendors as our dates got closer. The team at Pitara cares about you and will do everything in their power to curate the dream wedding you’ve always wanted. It’s not about client satisfaction for them, it’s about their client happiness for them. They’ll help you find vendors in your budget and negotiate on your behalf. There is absolutely nothing Pitara didn’t figure out for us. They even accommodated changes 24 hours before the event. They were available hand and foot on the day of our events. Nikita Jain should definitely add bride’s best friend services to her portfolio. As the bride, I would not have gotten through the events without her. We’re thankful to have found lifelong friends in AJ, Sanya, Muskan, Mahak and Twishi. We’re never going to look elsewhere to plan another event.

Everyone loved the decor that the team did at home and the engagement venue. It felt like a band baaja baraat moment for all of us! they helped in everything right from the start in a very professional manner. Very courteous staff also that was there at home for everything. Everything that I said got done to the last details. The team added a lot of small elements on the spot which got the events to life. Super amazing work!

Let me begin by saying, we're extremely picky as clients. Right from the type of cloth we wanted to the way the flowers should be set up. We wanted every detail to be hand picked. And no one other than Nikita Jain and Pitara Events could've handled every request we threw at them. From Mehendi designers to beauticians, Nikita had the answer to everything. From hand picking wedding favours to going to the flower market at 2am in the morning to source the best material for the events. I cannot even begin to expand on the level of attention that has been paid to every minute detail. Pitara at every moment has put their heart and soul into every request we had, without losing patience. Even an hour before the venue was due to be delivered, we threw things at her. But Nikita, amazing professional that she is, never backed down from a challenge. I have never encountered as much passion in someone for the work they are doing and deliver it with a constant smile. You should never have two thoughts about taking Pitara on board. You will never regret having them. Never.

With a last minute decision to do an Engagement ceremony with close friends and family, and an uncontrollable desire to have every detail on point regardless of the time crunch, I found my biggest blessing in Pitara Events. Spearheaded by boss lady, Nikita Jain, Pitara’s approach of becoming a part of the family and walking multiple extra miles to get even the tinniest nuance perfect, is what made my family and me truly enjoy this day and everything around it. My fiancee, Akshay, could not stop gushing over how our engagement was by far his best day, and Pitara’s seamless coordination, gorgeous decor and extremely competent team has the hugest role to play in making that possible. From designing the classiest invite to doing all packaging in-house in the most aesthetic manner to the multiple trips made to ensure the setup was perfect to coordinating with the hotel and all vendors in such a smooth manner that my family and I didn’t even come to know of the fires they had put out, to managing the bar and food throughout the event and not leaving till everything was wrapped up. The team was an absolute delight to work with. I have already recommended Pitara to a bunch of friends because when I think of planners, I think of people who can become extensions to your family during the most special time of your life, helping you manage the minutest of things and ensuring your family and you get to savour your special moments , and we found that in Pitara 😄 HUGEST shoutout to my part time planner and full time confidante, Nikita Jain. They suggest new and never seen before options. And actually implement it according to what they've promised.Best part about the team is that they don't over do the decor. And it's not only the decor that they had taken care off, by the end of the wedding, they were practically our go-to people ! From gift favors, to packaging, and finding bands for the wedding, to reception of baraatis - Pitara team managed everything peacefully.
