Got married in Dec 2022. We started planning about 5 months ago and from selecting the venue to caterers to decor to managing the D-day and everything in between: Meragi team did such a fabulous job. They're well organised, experienced and most of all empathetic. :) It also rained on the first day and still they did their best and the guests loved everything. I didn't have to stress about anything at all during the celebrations. Special thanks to Rose, Divya, Shweta as well as the founders. :)

We had a wonderful experience working with Niki from Meragi. We planned our wedding from the US and got to Bangalore just a week before our wedding. Niki helped us find a venue, photographer, mehendi artist and we picked Meragi to do the decoration. It was easy to co-ordinate with Niki on Whatsapp and we got on a call whenever necessary. On the day of the event, Niki and team were at the venue early and ensured that decor was ready on time. They were present throughout the event, handled all the coordination with vendors (photographer, LED screen provider etc) and made sure we could spend the day mingling with our guests. We were extremely happy with the decoration, the flowers and the overall aesthetic. We would definitely recommend Niki and Meragi!

Nothing but only gratitude in our hearts for how Niki and the Meragi team set up my wedding! Ours was a wedding that did not include any family members and having Niki as our primary wedding planner from Wedding Tales-Meragi , was an absolute blessing. Each and every element was done to the best of our choices and to the best of our budget, what else could I have asked for! The options of vendors provided to us , right from MUA ,Photographers ,Decor, Venue, DJ and the Priest - all of it synced perfectly with our choices and capacity. And this is what made us enjoy our BIG day to the fullest. Everything from A-Z was well organised and drafted, all details and information was transparent between us and the team. The decor was loved by us as well as our guests. From welcome board to entrance arch to the backstage decor, everything was in line with what we wanted for the Reception. It was an absolute delight to work with Niki, by the end of the wedding we were extremely comfortable with her and it was very easy for me to share our personal situations with her and take her advice for the wedding. Niki is extremely understanding, amicable and patient. She made sure all our expectations and requirements are met in every aspect of the wedding. We feel so blessed that she got to do our wedding. Every meeting that we had, was very elaborate and she did not think twice to clarify our doubts repeatedly. All the suggestions that she provided saved us big time and money! We discovered them via an Instagram ad, around the time that we were looking for fixed-fee decor vendors for our wedding at the Tamarind Tree, Bangalore. They had an exhibition showcase that we were invited to and we liked the work they had on display there and we booked them on the day to avail a discount. Niki Mukherjee was the main point of contact for us. She shared their portfolio of recents events that they had done to get things started. We provided them with a specific vision along with a moodboard we created. Niki and her team helped create a draft of the decor elements and prices and also helped provide us with multiple options at different price ranges for us to choose from to stick to our budget. Given their extensive experience managing weddings before, Niki was able to provide us some practical guidance around what can and cannot be pulled off at our venue, and ideated with us on alternatives. Also, inspite of the venue being open-air and the event happening in the midst of the monsoon, Niki and team were able to provide the right solutions to mitigate the rain and allow a smooth flow of events for an event of 450+ guests. We also really liked Meragi's decor finalization process, which was fairly modern and loosely like an online shopping experience. Helped us visualize each event's decor along with notes and pictures, and the budget for different decor combinations. We were also provided some 3D mockups for entrace and stage decor. We were also in need of Mehendi artists just a week before the event, which Meragi was able to hook us up with given their contacts. We also booked Niki and team for vendor coordination on the days of the events. We provided them our list of vendors and follow up items and they were able to get back on them prior / during the event. The vendor coordination was really helpful for us since most of our family who were directly involved in the wedding planning were going to be very busy on the day with rituals, guests, etc. Overall, we had a good experience with Meragi working with Niki and team. On the day of the events, the decor truly matched out vision and the elements were better than we'd expected, and the team really took the weight off our shoulders during the event. Just worked with Meragi (Shwetha and Divya) to plan our pre-wedding puja, mehendi, sangeet, and wedding celebration in Bangalore. Though we do not live in India, they planned with us via whatsapp very well. They were very thoughtful, responsive, and attentive to details; they did a wonderful job with both the planning and the decoration. All the decoration for the four events had to be done in a very short timespan which they executed well. They responded very quickly on whatsapp whenever we had any doubts and they took the time to help us find decoration ideas we liked. I was extremely happy with how the wedding went.
