I would personally recommend Simran to all brides who have trust issues with their makeup artist. I was very nervous about selecting a makeup artist for my wedding because of a terrible experience I had with an artist who did my roka look. However, Simran was calm, polite, and, most importantly, a friend who listened to my requirements and understood the features that would make me look beautiful on my big day. She discussed my wedding and engagement looks with me beforehand and gave me a makeup trial that was not only classy but also perfectly matched my skin tone. Her team was the best to work with, and I received numerous compliments on the look created by this wonderful team. They were also very punctual and adept at handling the wedding madness around us.

She will be your friend and not just your MUA, and will go above and beyond to give you the look that meets your satisfaction level. I would say choosing Simran as your MUA for your big day is going to be the best decision for eternity! She is the BEST!! Firstly, you get a trial makeup and a friend who helps you throughout be it selecting the jewellery. Secondly, she is always on time!! And… Just tell her about the look which you have in mind and she will make every little effort to give you the same!! I loved the makeup she did for me and TBH I can never get over it.. Dear Simran Johar ma’am I just want to say a massive thank you for making me look so beautiful on all my three main events - engagement, wedding and reception. Simran ma’am made sure I had different looks for all my three events and made sure I looked my best in all three different functions. My review is as follows:- 1. The best thing about ma’am is that she patiently listened and understood me before my functions. I could easily contact ma’am on calls , video calls and take her suggestions and discuss about my hairstyle, makeup , jewellery etc which actually eased me before my marriage that I will be in the right hands. 2. The second best thing about ma’am is her vibe. I absolutely loved the part where I could be at ease around her. 3. Thirdly, she made sure I felt comfortable and happy during all my three events especially because my marriage and reception were on the same day. 4. All my friends and family members especially my mom was extremely happy with her work and couldn’t stop praising me. 5. Finally , I would like to make a special mention for the hairstylist (Neelam ma’am) for perfectly complementing Simran ma’am in her endeavour to doll me up.

Loved the whole experience. Not just Simran but the whole team was this amazing set of people. I was very nervous with my look as a bride because I have very sensitive skin and i didn't want a very heavy makeup. What I had seen so far was no matter what, makeup artists always had a look in their mind and they did that. However, when I discussed my concerns with her and the kind of look i wanted, she heard me and found options for me that were suitable to my needs. Not ones,i felt that she was imposing her ideas. The whole experience was do much better than i imagined. Hands down, one of the best artist in town if you want to be heard and seen the way you want to.

Simran is a very sweet, calm and polite person who is now more a friend than a make up artist. During the wedding , one needs someone who you can trust for the art and expertise and someone who stays calm and gives you confidence that she knows her work. I trusted her blindly and the art she created was something everyone appreciated. I looked natural and every single person appreciated the make up I had both morning and evening. Looking back, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than her. I just want to say- don’t overthink, blindly sign up for her and you will never regret.

I was very nervous for choosing the right makeup artist, as my engagement makeup was a disaster. After connecting with Simran, I was satisfied as she was involved personally in selecting the look and when I went out for jewellery shopping she was available through WhatsApp and VC to confirm which Jewellery to purchase to complete my wedding look. She uses best products available in the market for makeup. And make sure you are comfortable. For all my future makeups, she is the person for me. Just book her for your makeup, don’t think twice.
