Gulmohar.inc They say, Relationships re Made in Heaven and i believe, my relationship with Gulmohar was also made in heaven. Because the things started falling just into place on right time and we got to know about Gulmohar, Janhavi Vaze and her Team, and they made History in Sangli. On 29th December 2022, I got married to Abhijeet, my best friend, my soulmate. Being both Marathi families, we needed everything simply Traditional. Simple is always more difficult. Big guest list, multiple events, multiple venues, but she made it all worth to remember for all forever with her Hard work, well communication skills, very Professional & Experienced touch! Everything was just in time and as promised earlier. She made a top-notch Decorations, Elegant Lightings, Very Descent Floral Arrangements, everything as I wanted! They helped me with customised gift baskets, beautiful and unique photo booths and provided me with the amazing decor options per my vision. Every bride has 1000s of ideas about her wedding but has no clue where to start them from. That's where Gulmohar stepped in and turned our dream wedding into reality. We've always wanted a destination wedding, but knew that it comes with a cost of added planning, logistics and general management starting from site visit, detailed event planning, room allocation, room gift hampers and so much more. Team Gulmohar Inc. was exactly what we were looking for when we started planning our wedding. Ours being a mixed-culture wedding, we wanted to highlight all the important and fun aspects of getting married in India. We had a fusion theme in mind, with events to be set up and planned in our own unique way for our intimate guest-list. Our parents found out about Janhavi and her team while looking for venues and we just hit it off! Janhavi personally was involved in every step of the way while planning and organising each detail for our big event. She is very prompt and takes your comfort and point of view seriously. She and her team is amazing, kind, professional, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns. From designing the wedding invitation, to organising music, DJ, the priests, choreography, make-up and decorations - they do it all! They handled our guests and their needs swiftly and smoothly. The most important part for us was to be able to enjoy our wedding with our family and friends without having to worry about decorations, photographers and all that comes with a wedding! Janhavi and her team delivered! The decoration theme, event entries for us as the bridal couple, music, DJ, everything was very well taken care of and was as we had envisioned. Our family and guests enjoyed every bit of the celebration and we have Gulmohar Inc to thank for it! We wanted our wedding to be an intimate event at the same time making it a crazy unique memory of us and our families. We wanted our parents to relax and enjoy, and that's how we ended up rolling the wheel 24x7. It was a tricky moment when we realised that we cannot manage everything on our own being 8000km away in Germany and thats when we started looking for someone who will be as excited as we were and who will understand the intricate details we wanted to capture for our wedding. After all the 2 months search jazz, one day Shreyas found Janvhi via web and after our first virtual call we knew she is the one who will definitely try to manage everything as per our wish. During this whole planning journey of 2 months Janvhi was always one call/message away. She and her team always heard us just like with our own ears and translated everything in reality from our dreams. Janvhi suggested and managed all the vendors including the photographers, makeup artist, etc which turned out to be the best as per our requirements. When we look back, we could only remember the fun colorful haldi, the modern energetic sangeet and off-course our dreamy open to sky Vidhi Mandap along with all other elements which janvhi and her team planned in our budget yet keeping it unique and just like a fairytale. We are really thankful to Janvhi and team for delivering more than what they assured. If we could marry again we would definitely go for Gulmohar inc. 😉. Let's hope that day comes soon !!
