FWP team organised my brothers wedding on the International cruise from Singapore-Malaysia-Phuket. This was the second wedding handled by Nehaji & her team for our family, the first being mine in 2014. Even through this was their first experience with the cruise which is nothing like a normal land wedding, it was a massive success. Our 250 guests enjoyed so much that even today we get raving compliments in our circle. There was a lot of hard work, determination, creativity and passion involved by FWP team and it showed superbly! Be it hospitality, decoration, entertainment, planning or even interaction with guests - amazing effort and results!! There would be many teams in India to work but a team that takes this kind of effort to understand your requirements, unlearn all previous experience and relearn to suit you is rare! My experience with Neha was nothing short to horrible. She severely over promises and under delivers. I requested a different knot design and color for chairs and tables but she promised something else and because I couldn't check, she gave us absolutely wrong color and standard knot. Flowers in the decor were half fake and half rotten. Very very disappointed. My own engagement was a shitshow in terms of decor. It was short notice but a real shitshow. My friends had to point out rotten flowers on the tables and on the backdrop. Her excuse was the weather was hot but a function right next to our function at the Oberoi in Gurgaon (air conditioned ofcourse) had bright fresh flowers. Most likely the flowers were picked up as leftovers or resued from another function. Very sad.

I found Neha’s work profile on wedmegood and really liked her work and feedback from other clients on how she pulled off many events during the covid time. I spoke to Neha about a vague idea on how we wanted to do our rather unconventional wedding. I spoke to a lot of other planners before and after I reached out to Neha but noone understood our concerns. Some planners didn’t even send a proper quote even after following up multiple times. On the other hand Neha and her team were very considerate to our ideas. Due to Covid we weren’t sure if we wanted to do it in our hometown or do a destination wedding. We finally agreed on doing a wedding in Lucknow. Anything that Neha and her team were responsible for was done without any glitches. My partner and I don’t live in India and were just gonna travel for the wedding so we needed someone who we could look after everything from scratch. It would be an understatement to say Neha and her team pulled off the entire wedding flawlessly. They also made an effort to look after the needs of our family members. I am very thankful to Neha, Rohan and all her team who worked with us. It wouldn’t have been possible without them. I will definitely consider hiring Neha again for any family events in future. For most couples the lead up to the big day is filled with anticipation and joy. In our case, we got engaged just as pandemic was brewing towards the end of 2019. We took Neha on board as our planner for a wedding in Thailand and were on track for our destination wedding. The pandemic hit the world and also our plans, within a short time we had to change our venue to a destination in India and we chose the Taj Hari Mahal in Jodhpur. Thus began the journey of trying to actually plan wedding with multiple variables most of which were not in our hand. Over a period of 20 months we had to navigate the pandemic and change the wedding date more time 5 times, ultimately having it in December 2021. Throughout this, Neha was patiently by our side constantly motivating us and giving us hope even we were about to lose ours. She was on top of the situation every time, ensured we didn’t lose any money in the process and guided us to make an informed decision under the circumstances, all of this when she herself just became a new mom. Such is her dedication and zeal towards making your wedding day the best memory of your life. Who knew executing a wedding would be such a smooth process, probably the fastest 48 hours in our life. Neha and her team gave us warmth and confidence that they would be able to manage all our expectations and tantrums that went through out the wedding. Even though we didn’t visit the hotel prior to the wedding, all things went as per the plan down till the last detail. There was always someone by our side incase we needed something. Everything was done in advance and integration between the hotel and vendors was flawless. Neha’s vast experience spoke for itself when she was able to handle any situation that came up. She recommended key vendors to us which were absolutely brilliant and her vision to design picture perfect moments is commendable. On so many instances she knew exactly what would fit and even though we were skeptical, we are glad that we trusted her instincts. Her interpersonal skills when talking to anyone are admirable and her process right from conceptualizing, planning, organizing to closeout are right out of an experienced project managers playbook. Our desire for our special day was a royal elegant Rajasthani wedding in an intimate setting and Neha along with her team gave us a memorable experience. Even though our wedding was delayed, it happened just right…

We wanted to hire planners to alleviate some of the stress and workload that comes with organizing a wedding. And we are so glad we chose FWP. Budget-wise, they fell within a range that we found to be reasonable, and completely worth it when we actually saw her work with our own eyes during the events. My wife was more directly in contact with them, and she (Neha) completely understood how stressful ones wedding can be for themselves. She accommodated any last-minute changes and requests, informed us about potential issues with other vendors well in advance, and during the events they coordinated with the other teams proactively to ensure the events themselves went on without any hitches as far as possible. Their team themselves participated a bit in the events, and we're grateful for it. Neha and Rohan (from her team) are absolute stars (the whole team is amazing, just that I didn't manage to interact more with the other folks), and hopefully we will find a reason to work with them in the future again, perhaps with a better budget next time! :D

Neha was a recommendation by one of the venues we were looking into for our wedding and I'm so glad we went ahead with her. The way Neha handled the work during her pregnancy was commendable. I wanted to break the notion that the bride and the groom can't enjoy their own wedding and Neha's team made sure we do so. My husband and I enjoyed the wedding so much that even that became a highlight for the guests and it wouldn't have been possible without the team guiding us through and setting things for us. They understood our requirements, wishes and likes/dislikes very well. I was hesitant till a day before how everything will turn out in real as we had never met the team before and discussed things only using images/videos as references. We were thrilled to see the quality of stuff used and how everything looked in real. It was important for me that my family is comfortable with these guys as well. The fact that my mother was able to share about her surprise performance with Neha and she could pull it off without us getting a hint of it, has my heart. :) In case anyone is planning to go ahead with them, share your ideas and thoughts with them and do listen to them as well. They've some funnn and lovely ideas. You'll enjoy your wedding. I can not thank Neha and the entire team (Rohan, Sahil, Preeti, Naksh and Tapan) for being the pillars of the best wedding I've ever been a part of. :p Hopefully we'll get to collaborate again in the future for other events :) Have a kick-ass wedding season ahead 💃

I had planned my wedding recently in Delhi during the Covid-19 Pandemic and to add to my concern I was posted in Assam. Hence, I needed a wedding planner/decor person on whom I could rely and could get my event planned hassle free. To my great luck, I found Neha and contacted her through phone. Her way of understanding my budget (which was tight) and ability to fit the best decoration possible in the said budget was magnificent. She did earn my trust in a single phone call and I knew she is the one I can rely upon! My special day was made beautiful by her efforts and I loved the decor. Certainly, it was as I wanted it to be!
