We interviewed six or more wedding planners before finalizing Eventina. From the very first meeting we could tell they were on top of it; very professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. We decided to hire them to help us from one month to our wedding. They helped us accommodate last minute decorations in the weeks leading up to the wedding and kept us on track with everything that needed to be checked off. They assured me the wedding day would go smoothly and it did! Our wedding day was PERFECT! The team knew the venue, managed the timeline like a boss and made sure that whatever we wanted, happened! Yes, this even means bringing extra safety paraphernalia owing to the COVID protocols! We highly recommend Eventina and team! 💖

We began the wedding planning almost a year in advance after COVID settled down a little (or so we thought). Me and Shashank were in touch with the Eventina team virtually. With me in Germany and Shashank in US, Wedding in India - Coordinating everything to simply put was “Maddening”. We were to travel to India in Jan 2022 to finalize everything for the wedding and COVID 3rd wave was back. We were back to virtual planning. And almost gave up on having a smooth wedding with so much havoc. But we were in for a surprise when we saw Eventina use technology to smoothen out everything. Be it zoom calls, a single-point checklist for us to track progress and plan. I mean it was just like they were executing an IT project. They were like a phone call away for every need (Most of them last minute). I can’t thank them enough for keeping their calm and executing everything so perfectly without any hiccups. The flowers were so fresh, the décor so elegant, and the lighting just transformed the venue. Thank you once again for all the efforts, planning, and smooooothest execution. Kudos to the team.

We fell in love with Eventina. From the US we communicated with them via emails/Whastapp, left everything in their hands with no worries. We arrived in India just a week before our wedding and connected with them. One day we met and everything fell into place. It was so easy! A fairy tale come true, a beautiful day for us! Eventina team did a great job for our wedding. The Covid times added a lot of challenges in terms of safety restrictions and the rain made things further difficult. Inspite of all these challenges, Eventina pulled out a great show. Everything was just so smooth. Overall, it was much much better than what we had planned and imagined Thanks team. As a one stop shop Eventina was amazing. They everything covered and made the whole experience stress free. Amazing job done by the team. There were significant challenges at the venue with time constraints, venue not being cleared by event previous night etc. Inspite of all these hurdles, the team from Eventina pulled off an excellent work most importantly without even bothering anyone from the family. Seriously thank you so much guys. You made our wedding so memorable. Ved & I were extremely worried about having to plan a wedding amidst this COVID Pandemic. But the entire team of Eventina made it all so smooth. Right from the initial interaction, most of the planning was made possible virtually without the need for multiple meetings or trips to our venue. And the best part is, inspite of all the virtual planning our wedding turned out to be perfect, just like what was promised (or even better I would say).
