I cannot explain the amount of love and gratitude I have for Crystal Ball Events and Swati. Getting them onboard was the best decision we made. It was an absolute pleasure. Swati is a thorough professional. By far the easiest person we had engaged. She would make herself available to us whenever we needed to speak to her, she understands the jitters people have before the wedding, she accommodates your ideas and change of plans. In my experience, she is able to quickly judge her clients sense of aesthetic and is able to take that perspective and materialise it in an even more beautiful way. She executed the wedding I dreamed about for months. I wish the team and her hood luck for all their future events. I will be always watching how they take things to a notch above. We live in the States and hired Crystal Ball Events for my sisters wedding planning . The time difference is too much and co ordination was very difficult . However The team made it very easy and comfortable for us right from the beginning. The overall wedding experience was surreal - It felt like we were guests in our own function as we had no pressure of looking after anything . Every guest enjoyed and praised the work specially the decorations Couldnt have asked for more Wonderful experience 10/10 Thankyou :)

We choose crystal ball events to plan our wedding and they executed everything very well. Swati was always available and did a lot of co ordination as and when required. We had a lot of last minute changes and it was all well taken care of . Thankyou & we appreciate all the hard work .

I recently hired Swati Agarwalla from Crystal Ball events for my wedding in Mumbai in Dec 2022 and had the WORST EXPERIENCE. I trusted her do my wedding planning and source all the vendors only to find out close to my wedding that she has overstated all of the wedding related vendor costs by LAKHS!!! My suspicions arose when the cost for the live band we had agreed upon based on her strong recommendation suddenly went up significantly when I asked her to give me a full list of the cost breakdown per vendor ahead of my wedding. When I started investigating further by reaching out some of the vendors directly such as National Decorator and the make-up artist Kajol Passwan, I realized she had RIPPED ME OFF by LAKHS! Many of the other things she was supposed to organize or source I had to start picking up on my own the very last minute as I realized she was double charging on everything from a simple item like Varmala to big ticket items like decoration on top of her management fees! As she knew I had caught up to her UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR, she created a FIASCO on my wedding day by calling me nonstop, sending rude messages, shouting at my brother, sister-in-law and fiancé and harassing us to make the final payment of a very small amount in comparison to the majority of the payment she had already collected upfront despite of my mom’s repeated request to wait 2 days for us clear her small outstanding payment after the wedding. Swati did not do any work on my wedding day and the team at Novotel hotel executed our wedding instead. She even had the cheek to ask National Decorator to lie to me on the actual wedding decoration cost. She caused me so much stress on my wedding day, that I was late for my own wedding ceremony! no bride should ever have to go through this! My family was so upset that on my wedding day we were put through this harassment. She has no ethics, no morals, and will stoop to lowest level for material means. Hiring Swati Agarwala from Crystal Ball Events as the official planner for my wedding held on Dec 24 - 25th, 2023 in Novotel, Mumbai turned out to be a DISASTER. There were a number of lapses during the planning stage mainly due to Swati's unresponsive nature, which although avoidable could be forgiven. However, the main issue we encountered was that Swati DEFRAUDED us for LAKHS of rupees by significantly marking up the prices for various vendors such as the decorator, make-up artist, live band etc. When we caught Swati red handed in the act after getting suspicious and directly reaching out to the vendors, she had the audacity to speak to the vendors behind our back and ask them participate in her defrauding scheme. This entire episode caused tremendous stress to me and my wife on our special day. STAY AWAY from Swati and her fraudulent enterprise if you want to avoid getting defrauded and have a well planned, peaceful event. IMPORTANT - Swati will likely dismiss this review as "fake".
