Thank you Deepika ! We came across Best Day Ever from this app and had no idea about the things on ground. Being stationed away from Bengaluru meant additional challenges, but instinctively, I trusted Deepika with the aesthetics and we were highly impressed. Deepika was very receptive to our needs and particular tastes, and flexible in accommodating them. It was reassuring to have her confidence in planning our wedding. Apart from this, we had a great time working with her and would recommend Best Day Ever. Despite the professional relationship initially, we felt like we were working with a friend. This made things much more special and warm.

I absolutely loved working with Deepika. She gave us the wedding of our dreams. She became a friend and really cared about us and our families as well. It was so reassuring to have her and her team present on the event days and the days leading up to the wedding. She’s an excellent communicator and was always there to listen, check in, prep us for what was coming next. Everything turned out 200% better than I expected, and her and her team worked so hard to give us exactly what we wanted. She is also very transparent about costs and budgets. All the vendors that she recommended and has a relationship with were also stellar. She also managed the family dynamics very well, keeping the parents happy while making sure the bride and groom got what we wanted as well!

The best wedding planner in Bangalore who certainly lived upto the name "best day ever"! My family and I were incredibly grateful and blessed to have Deepika shetty as our wedding planner for our mehendi, sangeet and wedding! We started working with Deepika few months prior to our wedding at The tamarind tree in Bangalore and she kept us on track with selecting vendors and other contingencies for the wedding. She was connecting with some of the best vendors and her relationship with them made the event so successful as they were willing to go beyond what was promised for her! Be it catering, bartending, make-up artists, mehendi artists etc she was truly involved in getting them connected and she handled every issue that came up with so much grace. Her ideas for decor were truly incredible and the final result was even better! We were so impressed with her work ethic and her ability to smile and remain positive through the toughest of situations! In this process she truly became a friend to all of us and we surely will remember everything she's done for us for a lifetime!

Planning a wedding can be extremely daunting, and the concept of hiring a wedding planner was something we weren't entirely convinced about. But our first call with Deepika gave us that push we needed in hiring one. She was extremely clear and patient in explaining the process and was quick to follow-up with an email describing the same. After understanding our requirements and budget, she helped us shortlist the venues, photographers, makeup artist etc. Always being cognizant of our budget. She even helped identify mehendi artists and coordinate makeup trials. 20 days before the wedding when we decided to postpone it due to the pandemic, all we had to do was inform Deepika. She coordinated with all the vendors and rebooked them for the new dates. This just helped in reducing a little bit of the stress that comes with postponing a wedding. On the day of the wedding, we were both blown away by the decor and arrangements. Before that we had just seen couple of sketches and references which didn't quite do justice to the final decor. An already wonderful venue was enhanced with minimal and elegant decor, just like the way we wanted. Deepika was there at the venue throughout the entire ceremony and was quick to tend to any issue/need of ours. All the guests and our families were extremely impressed with the entire execution. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding! The best part, she even made sure to follow up with the photographers post the wedding to make sure we received the video and photos on time.

Deepika Shetty did the decor for my wedding festivities and boy were they impressive 😍 our design brief was minimalist and elegant and Deepika executed it exactly the way we envisioned it. The best part is that she also ensured all of this was done within our budget as much as possible. I was lucky enough to stumble across Deepika and her work on Instagram and knew I had to work with her for my big day. Her work captured everything that I wanted to incorporate into my wedding- beautiful decor, great eye for detail and vibrant colour schemes with unique touches. I reached out and was so glad she agreed to work with my family since my (now) husband and I were overseas and were planning a wedding in Bangalore. From our first consultation we hit it off and she just seemed to completely get me and what I envisioned for every event. We had an amazing wedding planning experience with Deepika! Given that I live in the United States and could travel to India for only two weeks to attend our wedding, Deepika and my wonderful in-laws planned our entire wedding without me having to lift a finger! In eight weeks time, they accomplished what generally would take at least several months. At every step, Deepika was organized, resourceful, calm and reassuring. She went the extra mile - to find a makeup artist with experience in light skin tones, to answer messages and phone calls quickly no matter the hour, to find a wonderful band to play at the Sangeet. She provided great decoration options for the Sangeet and wedding itself, and paid attention to every detail. The day before our outdoor wedding, rain forced to move the event inside - Deepika was able to pull off the transition seamlessly and made some last minute changes to ensure the decor was perfect. We highly recommend Deepika!
