Horrible experience dealing with Aurum Foods. but no other option as they have a monopoly at Army Club Juhu. First of all the food taste is below average. Before booking the venue please read clarify the terms and conditions of Aurum food or later you will be helpless, as there are many hidden costs. In their menu composition they don’t mention veg or non veg. So if there are 6 starters and 6 main course obviously you presume it’s 50:50 veg: non-veg in which they only offer chicken and charge extra for mutton & fish. On top of that even if they include mutton or a fish in starters then the main course mutton or fish they will put an extra cost. While discussing the menu they will offer the world, later (obviously by then you have booked the venue) while food tasting they will put an extra cost. On top of that they will give basic cutlery’s & will only include basic low quality frills for the Buffett tables. Cost cutting in man power (servers) which results in delay of services. Ideally in the catering monopoly business they should offer good display digital table but they charge extra for it. It seems is their motto is money making only and not customer satisfaction. Even one small table you ask is chargeable. In terms of hospitality I will give them 0 out of 10 as their representative acts like a robot operated by the owners. Never smiling or welcoming. Although the army club venue is beautiful but I would say A Big NO to do a function here because of the reasons mentioned above . Don’t east your time, energy & most importantly your hard earned money 🙏🏻

Post the swim my husband ordered for a manchow soup for our daughter and himself.Our daughter asked the server for the soup he did responded by saying "I don't know". Post changing when I enquired the chef said "I did not take the order so I don't know". Then I asked the server he did not respond at all. I was directed by one to call the restaurant. On calling the restaurant I was informed we will check. For 45 mins we did not get the order. One of the staff told me it is crowded so go and sit in the restaurant. When my husband came post his change of clothes , he was asked that whom did you place the order with.After 45mins the order was brought and excuse was given stating the restaurant is crowded.The order is taking time to come is it not the staff's responsibility to communicate the same to the customers.Is the customer giving the order for free...I think you guys have loads of business....we spend close to Rs1000 every week and Rs 2000 to 3000 fortnightly.
