Excellent job from start to end! Sarang was able to get us a good wedding venue which was a big relief. Decor was beautiful, excellent food and services and we had a very enjoyable wedding experience! Sarang was very friendly and also gave us very good references for additional services like photography, catering, hotel stay etc.

When I wanted to perform my daughter’s wedding in a grand manner as a destination wedding and having selected a heritage property Tamarind Tree at Bengaluru, I was a bit puzzled and confused after browsing the reviews in various websites including Wedding moods as to whom I should engage for managing the event, especially the designing of the colour themes and decorations suiting to our culture, traditions and the aesthetics of the heritage venue. After the wedding, I can now proudly claim that I could not have got a better person than Sarang to do the job. Both Sarang and his wife Archana are extremely good, talented in their job and works very hard. Sarang has the advantage of sourcing beautiful fresh flowers directly from flower gardens in Bengaluru. They have an excellent team of workers to convert your as well as their imagination & innovative art designs into reality with colourful flower decorations and art work, thereby helping us realise our daughter’s dream wedding. If you are a bit flexible in your budget, sky is the limit for Sarang’s team and they are capable of setting up a Devaloka or heaven in the wedding venue. Having lived in Mumbai for nearly 25 years, I was totally new to Bengaluru. Thanks to Sarang, he helped me in sourcing / mobilising the best service providers for catering, photography, etc, and all my guests were awestruck in seeing the wedding arrangements.

Our Roka ceremony was by the far the most special day of our lives. Sarang, Archie and their team literally made our dreams come true and gifted us the fairytale we wished for... From the start to the end , I could not have asked for a more dedicated visionary working to make everything happen. It was truly a magical day. The details to the design and the execution of how everything turned out was beyond expectations. Not to mention gaining a friend through it all to make it even more special !!! Sarang and the team had done a phenomenal job at organising our wedding. We had met quite a few planners, but with Sarang there was an instant connection. His approach was very meticulous, and the vision for our dream wedding was flawlessly executed by him and the team, in spite of the Covid situation. The team was personally very invested in the project right from the start, had a lot of vendor connections, and they provided a lot of creative suggestions. One instance that I would like to mention was that 3 days before the wedding, there was heavy rainfall and orange alert was issued in the region. Due to this all of our laid-out plans and the venue arrangements had to be reworked upon at the last minute. The planned flower vendors were unable to deliver since their stock had gone bad due to the rain. Sarang and team re-planned the entire layout, identified alternate vendors and solved all of the challenges effectively. We will always be super thankful to their team for everything they have done for us! For anyone planning their wedding, Aira Wedding Planners are definitely one of the finest teams to work with!

For more than a year I have been doing my research on wedding planners and photographers. I have been following multiple wedding planners on Instagram but Aira wedding planners always stood out from the rest! Aira wedding planners is an excellent wedding planning company that lives up to its commitment and goes out of their way to make your wedding a memorable one. What differentiates Aira from other wedding organizers is the aura they bring along with them. During our initial conversation with Archana and Sarang they got an understanding of our choices, budget and expectations. After that it was a smooth ride, as they were extremely professional in their approach and customized everything as per our preferences. We don't live in India and the time difference didn't stop them from coordinating seamlessly with us. They were also always available when we needed them for advice or opinion. They were looking at improving and kept going till everything was perfect. They deserve all the applause and more and I am glad we have found a reliable planner who we intend to call upon for all our future events.
